Randomly found vegetables in street names were made into a recipe. The mewly invented dish was presented and put on the menu of a vegeterian cafe in Tartu.

Street names:
Kapsa — Cabbage
Oa — Bean
Selleri — Celery
Kartuli — Potato
Korvitsa — Pumpkin
Herne — Pea
Meloni — Melon
Marja — Berry

Beans: 150 g white beans; 150 g red adzuki beans; 200 g peas. Vegetable broth: allspice to taste; 2 bay leaves; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 100 g celery; 100 g red onion. Vegetables: 250 g potatoes peeled; cut into chunks; 250 g pumpkin peeled, cut into chunks; 250 g cauliflower; 150 g melon peeled, cut into chunks. Spices: 1/2 lime (50 g) smash juice; or add 2 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tbsp cumin; 1 tbsp coriander; 1 tbsp pepper mixture (red chile, black); 1 tbsp turmeric; 1 tbsp ground ginger. Sea salt to taste; 2 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter (ghee). Serve with physalis berries and mint as decoration.
